Honest opinions

You can send us a modmail if it seems like a rule-breaking comment hasn't been attended to, if a lot of time has passed since you reported it.

And the mods will simply never answer you back if they don't agree with your report. It's all a game of power and authority..

You reported this comment, for instance:

Surgery is always something I'm a fan of nowadays - Its gotten to a point where its very effective and not very dangerous. IMO, you'd need to post better head on/profile shots for me to give you actual advice on it.

Would you like to tell me what's cruel about that comment?

Well if I just walked on a person on the street or a classmate and told him "you need plastic surgery", isn't that rude and deeply cruel? You are calling him a monster basically or a deformed person. Cosmetic surgery is generally disapproved by our society and considered negative and fake and people who reserve to it are equally critisized negatively. Is that an honest opinion? Yes but it's the last thing you'd say to a person asking you opinion/feedback regarding their looks.

I'd say that's an incorrect conclusion to jump to. If you go through either of the AmI subs, you will see lots of posts of people asking for input on their looks, and getting feedback and advice.

I basically see various categories of comments but anything than objectivity and honest and polite feedback: -Creepy old guys who will post super-positive comments on any girl's posts and then pm you asking for nudes -Users who find anyone below average and a only a few people average cause some of them have extremely high standards and others are just being mean for the sake of it (aka trolling) -Users who are super kind and are giving everyone 8 and 9/10.

Only a few users are objective.
