Honest question- how do I get a car towed that is blocking my driveway?

If you have a second vehicle...something, maybe you can park it in front of your driveway. Parking sounds a bit hectic around your driveway and cars could end up parking so close to your driveway that it will be difficult to exit your driveway. You're going to need a sign, paint, and maybe a second vehicle, preferably someone who lives in the same residence, to park in accordance with Seattle Municipal Code 11.72.110. Even if you have room for the second vehicle in your driveway, I suggest parking the second vehicle on the street so you will have at least one parking spot for a guest or a service member. This will only get worst in the warm seasons when more people are out and about.
