It foreshadowed a fierce argument between me and my own father. It led to him grounding me from my laptop and only changed his mind if there were limits. Another argument made him briefly disown me and he almost left me out to die under the hot sun and wouldn't take me home until I apologised. He never left me alone. He threatened not to take me home if I continued to resent him. Other things why I found him awful: He did not want me to go to America for college, he got bored of my (constantly mentioned) crush at High School and he utterly disrespected Johnny Depp, my mother's and my favorite actor. He did it by saying he was more handsome than he was but he was just being jealous. I wanted to threaten to run away from home but I never did. He even would not let me be free and tortured me into studying more and every time I talked to myself about his faults, he immediately hears them and demands what I said.

I hear some fathers are bullies and my own dad is one of them. When the argument happened, I knew somehow that I was on Jane's side.
