How bad is Grappler?

His super armored charge universally shuts down opponents DP skills once he's closed the gap on opponents. If he starts the attack before the opponent recovers, he automatically wall slams and resets combo regardless.

He can counter supers.

You can hold down super to suck the opponent into it from across the whole screen.

Most opponents instinctively block after a combo ends, but he has neutral special and down special charge up to charge forward grabs that ignore it and his back + MP is also a grab that comes out ultra fast that you can use okizeme and stick almost 100% of the time.

His kit is pretty damn solid.

I'm not even sure how far away you can counter from. Never tried, but I'm now curious.
