If your device meets the minimum specs of than it can RUN on your device. This works for ANY app or game. Blizzard or any developer is NOT required to make sure that their game works on your device if it does not meet the minimum specs. Before getting the app approved, its checked by Apple and Google. Its the reason why it took about two weeks for Hearthstone to get approved even though we had patch notes of added support earlier.
Yes, I have the iPhone 6, its new and it runs great. My friend owns the iPhone 5 and another the Galaxy S3. Do they run better? No, but it still works and because they are reasonable, they know its due to both hardware and software limitations of the phone.
You are getting downvoted because you are being a contradictory, self-entitiled person who does not even understand the basics of how hardware and software limitations affect the performance you can get. You don't recognize the steps needed to submit an app to millions of people. You don't recognize that implemnting even an OPTION would still take time out of Blizzard. Its business 101 to realize you can't satisify anyone so calling out Blizzard singly for this is wrong.

FYI: The last phone I ahd was the iPhone 4, yes I waited 4 years for an upgrade and saved up for it which turned out to be free thanks to all the trade-in programs.
So yes, I got the new phone and you don't. I worked for it as did Blizzard. Actually I probably spend more money $60 in Hearthstone vs $0 buying the actual phone.
