Nah this is pretty common ENTJ guy behavior, regularly discussed in every MBTI forum full of types who don’t have the incentive to push the “bUt EnTjs aRe aLwAyS lOyaL!” agenda.

And typing is accurate - they’re definitely ENTJs. I’m not gonna elaborate much more on the issue and chum the circle-jerk shark tank that is the ENTJ sub bc it’s not a point I need to argue (as I said, everyone else is already aware; y’all are the only ones denying it.)

The ENTJs I know who do this have wack-ass ways of rationalizing their behavior to make it seem more noble than it is (if they acknowledge their shadiness at all, I mean) so in their eyes too, they’re “loyal”.

Like they’ll slide into an ex’s DMs to flirt and be sexually suggestive but if they get shut down, act like they were joking. Or if they don’t get shut down and proceed to sleep around with other women, they’ll consider themselves “loyal” bc they’re “maintaining” the relationship with the girl they’re cucking at home instead of leaving it for the woman they’re actually sexually attracted to/have chemistry with/whatever. It’s all that Fi repression. Unhealthy ENTJs don’t trust their intense feelings of attraction so they settle for people they feel safe with, but with whom they also, inevitably get bored.
