I remember when the MLK splash pad was such a big deal, it seemed like Byron Brown was on the news ever other day bragging about how big it was. I think construction was delayed by months on that project too.

I could go on a very 4chan type rant about it, but in layman's terms - It's a waste of money and looks disgusting in more ways than one. No racial.

The areas of the east side where a lot of the problems are look like some post apocalyptic streets out of a movie.

You could literally make a believable CS:GO map out of the East side, and it'd pass as a city warzone. That's not even a joke, which is the sad part.

Byron has done nothing to address it, he just wants to look good for the camera.

He's gotta be a little puppet for Governor Cuomo too, you know. I have a feeling their pockets are connected.
