How many times a day do you hear from a customer, “I’m not tech savvy, I don’t know anything about these smartphone things” ect ect...

I would expect the building my car salesmen worked it to be the same place I go for a problem im unable to solve myself. live somewhere that isn't a city and you'll know theres still lots of life that isn't dictated by your smartphone. you think that password recover is just something humans can do from the womb? have you considered you young people who have grown up around the internet are far more intuitive at figuring out a problem like that, and that for the average human its still a high risk of fucking something else up? I'm 24 and have uses smartphone since 2009, but I am sometimes even confused when my mom says "hey why is my phone not doing this". its lazy to assume that everyone asking how to reset a password is dumb because you know how to do it. I could give a shit what you think of my post, you've revealed to not have a grasp on empathy for others. go back to making commissions lol
