How to talk to a real human being at the IRS

Ive never understood the rage people have with this... when i took my UI, i was 22 and couldnt work due to preeclampsia, i also worked at a location that was across the street from the first outbreak of covid in my city and my job did shit about keeping us safe. Ive been working since i was 16. This thread is also for people like me who are waiting on a tax return thus i cant even get the ctc which im rightfully owed because my tax return is still processing. Quite frankly i pet sit and pay my bills and am able to stay home and raise my daughter, im not on UI, i dont have a “real” job but i hustle with making tshirts , selling paintings and dog sitting for my money. I make more money working a “real” job in my town where all i could find was part time since i am a full time college student.

I say all this to say... calm down theres so much stress on people and im a bit sick and tired of seeing people so upset about how others have been staying afloat since march 2020.
