I am a loser

First of all your family is absolutely amazing, and it's their support which will get you through this.

What you score does not mean anything. IMO, sometimes it doesn't even matter what college you go to, a good college will only get you so far but all that matters is your will and what you know about the field you are willing to work in. Remember why you are doing this, it will continue to motivate you.

If it helps: I scored below average in both in my 10th and 12th and got into a lower tier college by the skin of my teeth in the extreme outskirts of Mumbai for Computer Engineering. I got KTs, Golden KTs (If you fail this, you have to take a year off) and lower grades. But my family supported me through the dark times and I got better. I stopped getting KTs every single semester, and by my 3rd year of Engineering, I was consistently getting 8.5+ CGPA and even was the class topper for 2 semesters. There were countless times when things did not go the way I wanted, but my family always supported me, and today, I am working as a Software Engineer at a MAANG company where I have colleagues graduating from schools such as IITs and Stanford.

So don't think about grades, work on building up your skillset for the field you want to work in and success will follow!

Remember, you will win, not immediately but definitely (Don't know where this quote is from, but it always motivated me during my studies)

All the best!
