When I was in college i was broke. Like, live-in-a-tent-behind-Piggly-Wiggly-during-the-sunmers broke. BUT, I had a "car" (and was in school) so I wasn't really that broke, in the grand scheme of things. Anyways, my "car" topped out at 61 mph, so I usually cruised around 53, windows down cuz no AC, and my battery operated boombox playing some songs to drown out the noise of my car sounding like it would explode. Couldn't go any faster. I would drive in the slow lane exclusively. And at least once a week some dingus would get mad, speed up and pull in front of me, and then brake check. Like... why? I never understood your. You can tell my car is barely meeting the legal definition of "car" sooo... Why would you breakcheck? Always seemed so incredibly stupid. And it was always dudes in expensive cars or really nice trucks. Always. It was just so bizzare.
