Well, you'd start with the FTP standard package of, 'Helpless Infant', though you'd have the free abilities of 'identify mother' and 'wail for assistance'.

Obviously you'd pay for every improvement like, 'crawl', 'stand', 'walk', 'basic speech', 'object recognition' and so on. Voluntary bowel and bladder control seem to be fairly low priority for most players as they almost always put it off for the first few levels.

So you'd pay for growth of existing parts and pay for specific mental developments. I suspect there would be initial upgrade packages available before you start to play like, 'wealthy parents' or 'increased esthetics', but that would just up the limits of your character, you'd still have to grind to get to those limits.
