On December 8th of 2014, my best friends fiance called me and told me that she was worried about him, and that I should drive down and spend some time with him. As i was getting ready, another friend of mine called and asked if I wanted to grab a beer, and then we'd both head out and see what kind of trouble our friend got into. About an hour and a half later (as we're about to leave) I get call from an unsaved number. The girl on the other end tells me that her sister is my friends fiance, but she cant talk right now. I ask her what's going on, and she tells me that my best friend had committed suicide about 30 minutes ago. So if I could start a part of my life over again, I'd go back to that day and just say "No thanks, dude. I don't want to grab a beer. Lets just head out".
