For the first topic, I'll give an example:

It appears that less than 15% of votes being cast on Election Day may have to do with the voter suppression tactics in Maricopa County. For example, polling places were reduced by 70% which resulted in one polling place for every 21,000 voters.
There was also the case of voting hours being reduced significantly in New York, where polling places opened at 12 A.M. instead of 6 A.M.
However, this took place in every county except a select few. Coincidentally, all counties that had full voting hours were won by Hillary Clinton.
Other examples are available, but these are some that come to mind.
Now onto the FBI investigation.
I think this isn't a fair characterization at all, but let's assume you're right.
It is absolutely fair. Dir. Comey laid out the case against Hillary Clinton on July 5 but refused to recommend indictment because they couldn't find "intent."
Not only did 56% of Americans disagree with Comey's actions, but reports show FBI agents believed a grand jury should have been convened to decide the fate of the case.
We also must refer to the fact that Bill Clinton met with A.G. Lynch on the tarmac of a plane just days before the decision was made. This can not be a coincidence.
Additionally, close Clinton ally Terry McAuliffe contributed $467,500 to the wife of the deputy director of the FBI.
This is what I find most interesting. I don't think there's evidence of "coordinating with her campaign", but I do think the media is certainly very hard on Trump.
Finally, I would point to how former CNN contributor Donna Brazile, now DNC chair, gave a town hall question to the Clinton campaign.
There are countless ties to the media that have been discovered in WikiLeaks' publications, and I won't detail every one here, but there are dozens of journalists who have communicated with and who have financial ties to the Clinton campaign or Democratic National Committee.
