If she believes we should sacrifice our bodily resources to save others lives then I'd like to know why she isn't donating her blood, bone marrow, kidney, etc? People are dying because of her selfishness!!
Don't you love it when someone who has never even given birth wants to tell you that if you're unfortunate enough to face an unwanted or problematic pregnancy that you MUST share your bodily resources for 40 weeks & create a whole ass newborn baby. Despite the fact that doing so will put your finances, health & even your life at risk. Child care is upwards of $1,000 a month for a baby. I hope she has a great job.

No embryo, no fetus is equally important to a thinking, feeling sentient being.

ALL women have physical, mental, financial & spiritual limitations. It's not her place to decide when those limitations are met for other women.

If she decides she wants to create a whole child, an actual family, with a rapist, that's her right. She can enjoy handing over her baby every weekend to him. And having the court tell her she can't leave the county with the child without his permission.

Or is she silly enough to believe Plan B always works? Silly enough to believe rapists don't get rights? Silly enough to believe all rape victims have the wherewithal to report the rape? Silly enough to think all rape victims will consent to a medical evaluation after rape? Which, by the way, is like a 2nd rape with strangers putting their hands all over your nude body while they take photos. Rape causes shock and denial.

She will probably change her mind.
