If I talk about my childhood trauma to my therapist, could my past abuser be reported to cps because there's a minor in the household?

The abuse I experienced was pretty bad, a lot of it involved verbal and emotional abuse and neglect (emotional neglect and medical neglect, knew I was self harming as a teen and proceeded to scream at me, etc). There were instances where I was physically hurt when I was younger, however these stopped as I got older. There were occasional close calls and threats, though nothing that went through.

I've always been the main target, my younger sibling actually has it relatively easy in comparison and is the favored child. There is occasional verbal abuse, however otherwise he gets all his needs met physically and otherwise. Don't get me wrong, I take verbal abuse seriously, however it's more of an every once in a while thing from what I can see and he isn't physically harmed. So even if cps were to be called, they wouldn't find anything.

To answer about my mom no, she's not in any sort of danger, she is doing fine in regards to our living situation and relative income. She's not addicted to drugs and never has been, etc. In all those regards, she looks squeaky clean.
