I'm a dev, we're in 2023, what should i start with ?

Never mind. I just looked at your profile and the website you promoted about your bot. It has been consistently highly volatile and no trend up in the P/L until the beginning of this year, there is no telling when it will tumble down again. Just from the graph the sharpe ratio looks horrible. I would not trade this strategy with real money. You don't have an edge here. Ya I'm calling you out on, "I cringe everytime someone advices learning to be a good manual trader first", as if that makes any sense and you have any results to prove it. No, you should learn how to trade for real before trying to automate it, programmers come on the scene thinking they can figure it all out cuz data, makes no sense and shows a lack of experience. Your results do not demonstrate the claim you made. Being able to trade is a necessary precursor to being able to build a consistent algorithm.
