Image Line could have done something similar to Xfer Serum if they wanted to combat piracy without screwing their customers (one installer for only license users, one for trial). Not very smart to make the paid FL Studio version worse than the pirated one to avoid piracy, they just encouraged it instead (for features tho, not legal for musical copyright…)!

software full of malware and viruses that are usually installed with those pirated versions. Denuvo and iLok made it so pirated versions are more malware free than the legit version. I have pirated stuff, as a way to test stuff (as an trial) before paying for them, never gotten a single malware so far. FL Studio is the only software I paid directly for because of the offline installer.

As someone who works in IT being a reddit mod is not a real job XD
