Imposter Syndrome and Social Anxiety

Ive been doing this job 12 years now. I’ve started out when I was 23. I’m finally in a place where is feel that I’ve got this. It takes a while but everything you do will bring something positive even if it feels like a big hurdle. I started out afraid of my colleges. Now they are my friends and I try to be uplifting toward the newer generation. I know it’s hard but don’t dwell on failure. You will grow get better at it, get more experience that will help you relax. It’s a big world but how higher you climb the more overview you’ll gain. Learning also means making mistakes. But they honestly aren’t as big as you think. The way you carry yourself true them is what will stick in peoples mind. Not the mistake you made. They will become nice stories to tell hanging out with colleges and friends.
