Inconsistent and Disappointing Customer “Support”

I wrote the post out of anger, mostly because the last support guy confirmed the other two were brushing me off and telling me something inaccurate. It was the two other people, and the lack of follow up that fueled the anger to write the now deleted post. They only offered the small refund after acknowledging they other two were dicking me around.

MY customer support was only 33% positive, which is why I wrote that it was disappointing and inconsistent. I stand by MY experience. Also, for the record.. still haven’t received the product or the five dollars they offered.

For real though, I apologize that you felt the need to comment/judge someone else’s experience.
