I've whipped up a new Class and Archetype Handbook!

I've only gotten through the Realmwalker, but I have some concerns.

Cardiogenesis is incredibly broken. Ignoring prerequisites is an incredibly powerful ability, which is why it is usually only given for small set lists. For example, as I read it a Wizard could get three metamagic feats, dip one level (since the first feat would not be covered by the "additionally" section), and have Spell Perfection maybe 10 levels early. The gating is there for a reason, and removing all of it in a bunch of categories is going to break things. It might be better to make the levels in the class count as levels and skill ranks for all prerequisites and maybe open up religion/race restrictions as time goes on to reduce the dipping potential.

Skilled says checks to which the points are applied don't fail on a 1. Skill checks don't do that anyway, except for rare occasions like UMD. I don't know if this is an error or not, but if not it should be clear it is for those occasions.

The class overall is rather odd in relation to stats, being theoretically very MAD. However given that the Charisma pools grow at 1/4 the rate of the others one would want that high, as well as Intelligence for Void DCs and some Apotheosis DCs. Wisdom is sort of the odd man out only setting the rounds for Plenum (a big pool anyway) and a secondary addition to the Apotheosis uses that have DCs. I'm not sure if this was all intentional, but you might consider cutting down to two more co-equal stats to make it easier to build.

Void has some rules things: when you say "supernatural darkness" do you mean that as the game term? You reference upgrading to deeper darkness later, so it would seem the initial ability is just normal. Regardless this ability is going to be rough for group play, as seeing through supernatural darkness can be difficult but regular darkvision is practically ubiquitous for many foe types. You may also want to make the save to just avoid being shaken, otherwise you could stack it to frightened still and it would shut off all psychic casters with E components even after making the save (unless that is the intent).

Finally, the whole thing isn't getting anything particularly strong. An occasional skill boost here, a ring of sustenance effect there. Plenum is light and a moderate buff/heal (maybe choose something other than morale, it is a very common type). Void I've discussed. Apotheosis is a basic blast (even if untyped) and inheritence is a pile of SLAs you get (mostly) far after a caster would. They both improve but also increase costs, which hurts a 1/2 level + CHA pool quite a lot. Plus there is a recharge mechanic on top for your current top level version.

There is a lot of flavor here, but I can't help thinking I'd either dip for cardiogenesis or just go straight Cleric or Wizard and be SAD with many more (and more powerful) abilities.
