Johnny dropped from 100T

When you have an opportunity to play under the face of Call of Duty you would assume its beneficial.

Yes its beneficial and I'm sure most people would jump at the opportunity they were given. However, reality comes into play and it's vital to have a contract in place BEFORE proceeding any further. Nadeshot came to YOU and if he really wanted these "underdogs" that badly then waiting a few extra weeks to draw up a legally binding contract wouldn't have hurted them. I understand that he "claims" to have been told contracts were being written up at the time but, fact is they should've waited until the contracts landed on their desk before actually joining the organisation.

To be honest there was a lot of stuff that was talked about that never saw the light of day, such as elgatos for everyone so we could all stream, scuf partnerships because only one of us played with a scuf, salaries, twitch partnerships and maybe even Jerseys for Anaheim. He said he was 99% sure we would have JERSEYS last week

Life lesson has been taught. I'm not bashing Nadeshot I've always been a supporter of him and always will but Johny should've taken this at face value. Regardless of how "famous" a person is I'd assume that all these "offers" would take time to set up. Just because people "offer" you something doesn't mean it's going to happen straight away nor does it mean it's EVER going to happen. There's people in life that like to "talk the talk but can't walk the walk" this is why a contract is a MUST have. I do however agree on the jersey part.

That being said I am 21 years old, I have bills i need to pay. The very first time we talked and he said it would be a few weeks I asked him and I will quote "I have bills to pay, do I need to get a part time job until you can give us a salary?" obviously a few weeks is very vague and I was prepared to get a job to pay my bills while i was playing. He told me "No, I don't want you to do that"

He's 21 years of age he should've already had a job unless he's in education and still living with his parents which clearly isn't the case as he has bills to pay. ** DO NOT ** rely on an organisation owner to pay your salary unless you have it in writting. Alarm bells should've been ringing at this point because stress kicks. It's a commom human reaction that if you know there's a slight chance you're going to get into debt then you'd do anything to earn money - that means going out and getting a part time job. Which lets be honest he should've already had in the first place to support himself through his venture nor should he have believed Nadeshot straight off the bat. I do understand that Nadeshot is famous and most people would believe what he said but I for one would be very skeptical and think "I'm better off waiting for the contract"

I should not have listened to him when it came to money.

This goes for EVERYTHING in life. When people talk about money they change. They could be your best friend offering you a job but one wrong move or slip up and you could be in a deep hole. You're better off having some sort of steady income through a part time job. Don't be stupid and believe everything that people tell you.
