The thing I really do not understand is that there are very few workplaces that a strike can SERIOUSLY effect an exponentially larger group then the one GOING on strike BECAUSE of the people going on strike.

A lot of people do not think mail is as big of a deal as a Hospital for example but some people have medication that literally could get them killed without it it, mailed if it is over the counter. or how about important documents that could result in bankruptcy if not delivered on time. These are just 2 of MANY examples and yet out of ALL the places world wide, the post office has to be one of the top places that CONSTANTLY goes on strike.

Now do not get me wrong, I understand that the job can be demanding and tough, but that is what you signed up for. I would not work in a warehouse and then go on strike because my back was hurting all the time, because that comes with the job. Doctors do not go on strike because they are having to put in overtime due to large scale accidents, because they knew that, going into the job.

I swear people join the postal service just because it is SO EASY to go on strike. I mean it has to be because it happens all the time.

In short, it just not right, and if this is the type of people that are working there then the postal server needs better screeners for hiring, because this is just insane.
