Forgot to include city name on parcel.

Honestly it depends on who handles it. Some people would fix it no problems without delay. other people might send it to their in-house directory. Directory could return it to you or fix it. I was trained for directory and we were told to make every effort to fix the address and I’d do a lot to get the correct recipient but I had coworkers who would just return it to sender. It also depends on where you sent it from, if you’re in a bigger city chances are they will fix it up at the processing plant, but I’ve also seen people take easily fixable mail and send it to the ‘dead letter office’ in Montreal. If that happens it could take awhile to get handled. It’s really hard to say TBH.

If you go to Find A Postal Code and type in the exact information you wrote on the package does the missing city appear as the only option? If so then there’s a pretty good chance it’ll get fixed without too much delay. Good Luck!
