Yeah. My plan is to pay January rent, be back to work sometime in January and put away a lot. I also just got it clarified by my mom. She says it's 3 months not 5. So that's slightly better.

I figure I'll try and negotiate to split the back rent up with increased monthly rent until we're square.

I wish I could just be a stand up guy and call him right now and explain what happened but I just don't have the economic resources to pay him if he demanded it. I really have a sweet thing going in an expensive city and don't want to mess things up.

I figure it'll come out sometime in February or March at the latest when they start going through everything for tax season.

Like i said, really don't like not telling him, but this is the real world and I can't risk losing my place with my dogs and having an eviction on my record.
