Just got home a few hours ago from my gyno surgery.

His office is in Paramus, if you are interested in going to him, I suggest making the appointment through realself. The site will send an email to his staff and they will call you and then your consultation will be free. I'm not sure if you are asking if the areola concaves or the nipples, but I had puffy areolas so i didn't really have a typical nipple, but since the surgery my nipples are "normal" and the puffiness has gone away. I don't have any before pictures of my chest, but mine was similar to this guy, mine were worse I would say though.

I looked at your profile and saw your post here, being 13 i'm not really certain if it would be wise for you to go for surgery yet. When I was your age my parents were also told that it could go away after puberty, I've never see or heard of that happening outside of a dr saying it though. Also since you are still going through puberty, I woud say the issue could possibly arise again after initial surgery, but I am not a Dr so I can't tell you thats 100 percent certain, but I do know if you still have an excess of estrogen levels or whatever is causing your gyno in your body during puberty, it will come back.

I don't want to make light if your issue, because i know how difficult it is being young and having gyno, but yours is really not that bad and with surgery I would say your nipples/areolas/skin will shrink back to normal without a problem. I was pretty fat when I was younger and into my late teens and I started working out but I could obviously never lose the breast tissue. So basically my upper chest is muscle and below a certain area of my muscle, the breast tissue was there hanging off my chest. I can't say exactly how much of it was breast tissue and how much was fat but I knew there would be a significant amount of removal which would cause me to have excess skin. With this being said I do have an indentation where my right areola is placed on my chest. This is due to it being directly under where my muscle ends and the area where ribcage muscle would be built.

And finally you asked about the price. The price was 4600. I got some 500 or 600 dollar discount for some reason, I'm not sure if its cuz I went through realself or if they just give it to everyone. Unfortunately insurance WILL NOT cover this surgery. Regardless of the fact that gyno makes you depressed and feel awful, they will not cover it. Your price may be different because you have alot less tissue.

That being said, and this is just my opinion until I go back in 2 months to speak with the Dr, as far as I can tell the main gland tissue that every person has is still left in the chest, as far as I know every Dr. does leave that in the chest. I feel like there could still be some glandular tissue still in my chest, but it could just be scar tissue that has formed, I can't say until I see the Dr. But like I said, my case was significantly worse than yours is. Mine was the type that most Drs don't like because it leads to excess skin and then of course patients are unhappy and blame the dr. I want to say this though, I went in with realistic expectations, my expectations of after surgery were were than what I came out with. I am happy with the Dr's work and I am happy with my results and I haven't even completely healed yet.

Also, this is one of Dr. Baxt's main surgeries that he performs. My right incision point looks like nothing more than a scratch, my left one is a little beat up, but I'm sure in time it'll look just the same. His staff is really great, they make you feel comfortable, they talk to you as they are putting you into the twilight anesthesia and the next thing you know, you are waking up.

I don't mind sending you pictures of what my chest currently looks like, my only fear is that you will assume the Dr does bad work and that isn't the case at all. I just had really bad gyno which has left me with alot of skin which the only option is for skin removal afterward, but to me its really not that bad as it is and i dont see myself doing that.
