Just seeing what’s going on with at UHB - is it time all trainees are withdrawn?

The safest way for trainees to make sure their opinions are heard is through anonymous feedback. NETS survey, GMC survey, and end of placement feedback (if your region has this. Mine does, and it is anonymous. Having spoken to my TPD they do read them and act). Let rip with the truth, absolutely slate the place - in professional language of course - totally anonymously. You won't see a change, but those that come after you might. National surveys have an impact.

In the immediate term, datix any patient safety issues you come across. Can't recall if these are anonymous, they probably aren't so you need to be careful. I realise this method is potentially dodgy for the individual, so exercise caution.
