I was just thinking... she REALLY effed up this time. At least her other baby daddies are men that are able to raise their children. X has no effing idea what's even going on... he can't raise a child. So these babies are definitely going in the system. Unless one of their family members take them..

That is totally understandable given the amount of emotion attached to the issue. I got very choked up when I heard the decision. In the US, the Federal government only has the power specifically given to it by the Constitution or whatever power is required to guarantee each citizen's Bill of Rights. Everything else falls under the umbrella of state and local government. A few years ago, Marriage Equality became the law of the land because every US citizen is guaranteed the same rights under the law. The Federal government made that decision because same sex couples were being denied their Fourteenth Amendment right to marry. Unfortunately, Abortion or any other medical procedure is not a right guaranteed by our Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Medical issues are also not one of the things that the Constitution states is to be determined by the federal government. Therefore, Abortion rights are the decision of state governments. If you look at it strictly from a legal standpoint, it was actually the correct decision, painful though it may be.
