Neal originally left the Enchanted Forest when he was teen. Went and stayed with the Darcy’s before ending up in Neverland, where he stayed for years. Years he spent stuck as the same age and never having the full development to an adult. Your brain doesn’t fully develop until your 25, so regardless of how many years passed, he never became an actual fully formed adult. And then he made it off Neverland and back to the real world, where he did start aging again and fully developing.

I never looked into their ages, because it’s a tv show, which I enjoyed. You feel that way, and that’s fine. But do not imply that I’m okay with pedophile and attack me because it makes you feel better. I’m not attacking anyone, because again, it’s a tv show about magic.
