I just worked my last shift ever.

I rang a guy in for a meal deal D instead of the burrito and drink separately, saved him some money. He screamed at me telling me he wasn't going to pay for something he didn't want (the included bag of doritos). I offered to not put the doritos in (still cheaper as a meal deal, and I told him it was still cheaper that way), the guy was still flipping out about not wanting to pay for something he didn't order. I rang it in separately and told him his new (higher) total, and he totally lost it because I was going to charge him so much more. He left his car at the speaker, stormed into the front, and demanded to speak to the manager. I was the supervisor on shift, so I just gave him a big smile and said, "how can I help you? :)" [I was ignoring the fact that his car was still at my speaker because I knew nobody was behind him and I didn't want to piss him off even more] He ended up taking the cheaper option and left with a smile on his face and said the food was great when he swung back around later, and I thought everything had worked out well.

Then I come to find out he got a $5 in store credit from our franchise head (out of my store's budget) because of a complaint he filed for the incident :(
