Is working at Taco Bell harder than other fast food places?

Over a formal email? Nah. Cause you know that'll hit news and would be a PR nightmare.

I've had rude employees in the window get dissats or even better no one knows who'se in the window during that time. But she was quick and able to handle both order taking and cashing people out - which allowed the labor % to be allocated to other places. She's going for her manager videos as this is written. Just employees rushing but customers have said are "rude". Again, rushed because of speed.

Any actual rude employees tend to be corrected and they tend to be able to front better.

Any Dissat surveys tend to be watered down with employees doing surveys anyways. If you wondered why you don't get any receipts with your order, this is probably the reason. 1) Making sure customers can't easily make any bad surveys (See rude above) 2) Employees, friends, family will do surveys.
