Kn0thing says he was responsible for the change in AMAs (i.e. he got Victoria fired). Is there any evidence that Ellen Pao caused the alleged firing of Victoria?

I wanna preface this by saying that I love Reddit. It's the only social media of any sort that I use, and it really bums me out to see any sort of "weakness" in its structural integrity. Personally, as far as I can tell from observing all of the past and present CEO's in action on here, you all deeply care about the company, and about the user base, which is refreshing and awesome to see.

I guess what I don't understand is why it doesn't seem like there's great relations between most of those currently or formerly in leadership positions, and specifically why it keeps being addressed publicly when anyone's upset with each other? I think almost universally everyone agrees that /u/ekjp got the fuzzy end of the lollipop pretty damn hard as far as her media perception in all this. I've heard plenty of mean remarks toward /u/yishan for placing her in the cross hairs by stepping down with seemingly no notice, as well as for comments he's made in the past about former employees. Granted, some of the comments made by /u/kn0thing have been a huge (if not the main) reason for his current fall from grace, but he's explained them, and apologized, same as the other two have. Why is everyone placing the blame solely on him now? It's not like any one person has single handedly prevented mod tools from being developed. I adored /u/chooter to pieces and yes, that situation was obviously handled poorly, but what's done is done. If you've all had your good and bad moments publicly with this company, why are any of you expressing public disapproval with the other's actions? (I know this isn't applicable to everyone I mentioned.) Remember the human. Can't you all just rally around /u/spez and work to improve this community rather than putting each other or anyone else on blast? :( More funny jokes and transparency, less popcorn, please and thank you.
