Am i missing something here? The rule you are talking about does not even apply to this situation.

You are expecting the president of a MC to put up his hands and surrender when two people, that he does not know and that are basically absolute nobodies, regardless of how big the streamers playing them are, pull guns on him, instead of fighting back? This wasnt a 2on1 situation, where that would have been the correct choice. He knew he has two members of his club with him, which not only makes this a 2v3 situation in his favor, it would also go against everything his character stands for to surrender instead of rising up trying to defend his family.
