Hi, warning: I'm about to ask probably a really idiotic question.

I tried to use this, but it never opened. I'm not the smartest guy, so it might be simple, but I'm still confused. I downloaded Python 3 for Metro on Windows 10 Store, which didn't work. I tried directly downloading Python, didn't work either. It said:

Fatal Python error: initfsencoding: unable to load the file system codec

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'

Look, chances are, it's me being an idiot or just some technical error, but I figured I should ask. I am using a not-that-good Windows 10 laptop, so that might be it. Sorry if I wasted your time.
