I once got sent to the vice principles office for “participating in a fight”. I had been tackled to the ground by rugby players and they were kicking me, my participation was at one point someone went to kick me in the head and I blocked it with my arms. The rugby players had to go have a chat with their coach. This was the third day they beat me up in a row. The vice principal told me “boys will be boys”and I need to stop complaining to teachers about these kids bullying me cause it’s selfish to try get them in trouble and convinced me to just take the bullying and stop reporting it to my parents or teachers.

Yeah, I was hospitalised 3 times going to that school.
