Much of the anger didn't come from an introduction to a new concept. Many of us were just frustrated because they took our only way to be competitive with a HUT team we built away.

This is what created the two-camp scenario mostly.

I think Arcade mode has value and is way better than Rush which I never liked.

But as a F2P, high division player I also want to play traditional hockey all year. I grinded from day one in challenges and Squads from pre-order which was painful lol. Then boom my only preferred method to play is gone. It was a bit of a sour taste for many.

Bottom line: We should be able to have both.

If they introduced it as an optional Rivals gameplay it would've landed well and Rush would be collecting cobwebs.
