Link between low blood sugar, insomnia, and peripheral neuropathy?

Just a normal sport drink. It can be anything though, as long as its sugar. It works. I chose isotonics or juice because they don't upset my stomach. I have severe IBS-C. So on a no fiber diet. I'm also celiac, allergic to dairy and eggs. I also have to stay on a low oxalate diet because of chronic urethral and pelvic pain. I cant have anything spicy, or acidic, or drink fruit juices because of this too. I also have chronic allergic rhinitis and nasal ploypls which are triggered by foods and food additives. Basically my body is broken and my immune system is a drama queen.

I'm not looking for diet advice. My doctors are aware of what i'm doing n i spent the last six years of my life unwell until finally managing to find a diet that works best. Granted i still have a few minor issues here n there but i am pain free and no longer bed bound. I'm going to buy some blood glucose strips n keep a record for a while n see if i spot anything unusual. Until then. I'm going to.increase.my carbohydrates a bit n hope it keeps me level.
