Little girl having the best day ever

Absolutely not.

Dogs that are well kept (As in have play time, are fed and not beaten, but do have rules etc.) have a strict pack hierarchy. Under no circumstances will they attack their family of humans. They always come first, because unlike cats for example, dogs understand that you are providing them. You are the alpha. You take care of them, give them food shelter and protection. They will not try to "usurp" you. Then comes the dog family, in which they sort out their own positions extremely quickly.

Many breeds are extremely defensive of the human Alpha. German Shepards are one of those. If any of those dogs would try anything (lets assume a disease or whatever), the other dogs will immediately defend the girl, even if it means going against the alpha.

However:

The most absolutely important thing to do with a pack of friendly dogs is to NEVER interrupt their own hierarchy. Humans have to be the alpha in the human-dog system. But in the pack of dogs, there is an alpha among them, and you have to let him be the alpha. If he pushes out of the door first, you do not try change it. The dog will follow you out, but you will not start forcing the alpha to go out last every time. That makes the pack insecure and increases problems within their structure.

TL;DR: No. The dogs if raised even slightly normally will protect the humans with their lives. Human=Alpha, nobody will hurt the kid.
