"Anything goes so long as it converts" is a nihilistic system totally incompatible with the bible. The only thing worth saying honestly would be "anything goes so long as it converts". Everything else would be convenient half-truths.

Otoh "all x is indirectly because of god", and "sin is rebellion from God" are almost the definition of non-pantheistic monotheism. Believers going to heaven while others perish is in the bible, the main alternatives being legalism (afterlife fate is determined by acts as in the OT, argument against being we are all hopelessly fallen), universalism (afterlife fate is always good, argument against being it violates free will and/or justice), or just standard mortality. And animals are more different from us than nihilists like to argue anyways.
