I live in rural Oklahoma and have seen 3 things in my life that I can't logically say were planes or drones. The movements, speeds. They were unlike anything we are currently capable of, even in the fastest jet.

I've seen a ball of light that was still like a star, it got bright, moved off and shot off in an instant. Once I saw two balls of light that hover OVER a full moon and then fly off fast, and I've seen a mirrored sphere hovering motionless and then move into a cloud and never reemerge.

I've never seen them in stormy weather either, and ball lightening looks nothing like what I saw, nor do balloons. Balloons don't move perfectly straight after being motionless and still, or have such.. personality.
