Price: Total $1350+ water divided by 2 = $700 each Utilies= around $200 (Gas, electricity, and internet). I haven't paid more than that even during the coldest or the hottest month. Lease start: Sept 1, 2017; 1 Year lease or month-to-month for $25 extra. Also, looking for August sublease if you are looking to move sooner. You will be subleasing for those months from my roommate and officially move in on Sept. Looking for: A working professional, female preferred but a chill dude is okay too as long as I get good vibes from you.
