Stay positive! It's early but I am 4 weeks along conceived naturally with undetectable AMH levels.

We had been TTC for only 6 months. Since I was already 35, I was worried I waited too long. I had my AMH level checked and it came back at .09. It was devastating. We met with the RE to get additional tests and come up with a plan. He said that AMH is indicative of how well you will respond to IVF stimulants and not necessarily your chances of becoming pregnant naturally if you are otherwise healthy. He told me my IVF success rate was under 5% for 6 cycles because I likely wouldn't be able to produce enough follicles. This % takes into consideration the fact that the cancellation rate per cycle is something like 35-40% for my AMH level.

We decided to try for IUI and DH had his SA tested and I had an HSG run. HSG showed a bit of blockage that was cleared out. The RE said to get busy bc I would be "extra fertile" after the HSG. He was right. Our follow up appointment to discuss results and IUI timeline is now the first prenatal. All I can say is stay positive. Numbers don't mean everything.
