I have ordered many times from the US and only had one seized. All they do is send you a letter. CBD/ Hemp flower is not illegal in the US as long as it is below 0.3% THC. It is illegal to ship here, but if it's marked "herbal tea". They don't seem to stop it. The US has a much better selection plus a much better price, as any farmer can grow it. Here in Canada, they classified CBD/hemp flower as the same as THC flower, which was a big mistake! Another option is getting a medical prescription, which is very easy and free. They have some okay flower but some are not cheap. You can also buy online from the legacy market (MOM), and I have gotten some nice Charlotte's Web for under 100oz. After a bit, you might want to try some balanced flower, vape it, and just take a few hits. There are lots of nice balanced legal flower, and I have found some nice ones on the legacy market that can be half the price.
