Low triglycerides but very high LDL? (28M, 67kg 5’5…regularly does cardio and weights) Please help me interpet this result

Your Trig/HDL ratio is good, so LDL likely large fluffy good LDL, not bad oxidized small particle dense LDL that causes problems.

LDL-C amount of LDL cholesterol tells very little...

Similar to another 30 yr old on here;

Instead of going on a statin, (and then CoQ10 to manage effects), and maybe niacin... at 28 yrs old you should just get a more detailed lipid panel that breaks LDL into apoA (good) and apoB (bad)... betting your apoB will be in good low range and then you won't join the 50% of people on statins that don't need them

See Minute 13 if want to skip the science...https://youtu.be/tXaR9yLUQc4

or minute 17 here https://youtu.be/DXKJaQeteE0

based on these your apoB will almost certainly be low (good)

(one graph has Trig mg/dl on x axis, other has Trig/HDL.. your numbers look good

Once you go on a statin you're on it for life! You most likely don't have a problem - your LDL may always be high (mine is) and may be very hard to lower (genetics), BUT it is not a problem unless you do something to damage it and make it small particle form (Smoking, lots of Sugar/refined carbs/processed foods to make you pre-diabetic, stress, etc i.e. other 'risk factors' usually).
