Oh boy do you need some help with equips. You need to fill as many slots as you can, and apparently for under 90mil. So here's what you should do

Do the curbrock quests from the lightbulb (they might be in the star actually, idr), this will give you a shoulder, a ring, and a badge I think

Do the explorer storybook questline since you are a cannonner. This will give you a level 100 emblem, which is the best you can get. The stats aren't super great, but you can potential it. Buy a secondary from Neville in Henesys. Again, the stats kind of suck, but you can potential it so it helps a lot after you cube it some.

Do the gollux prequests, the requirement is level 140 so you are perfect. It takes a while, but it is definitely worth it. After you finish the questline farm easy gollux every day (go in, kill both shoulders and the abdomen then leave. Do that twice, then go in kill them again, then fight the head. Collect all the blue and green coins you can) until you have enough coins to buy a reinforced ring and earrings. In the meantime buy a reinforced belt and pendant in the FM. Buy them clean to save some money, its worth it. The belt and pendant go for 20-30mil each.

Kill Zakum twice every day until you can get both the condensed power crystal and an aquatic eye accessory. Then kill horntail until you get silver blossom ring and dea sidus earrings. Use all of them. Then buy a golden glover belt and a royal black metal shoulder in the FM. Both of them together should be under 15mil.

This will fill up all but 1 of your ring slots, your pocket slot (which isn't unlocked yet) and your heart slot, which is an excellent start.
