These seem more like traditional religious conservatives considering they mention their parents and the confederate hat and all that.

I am very conservative, not religious rather agnostic but I know and am friends with many religious conservatives and liberals both. I don’t know a single one of them that wouldn’t severely reprimand their children if they did something like this.

I also live in the south east United States. Which according to Reddit is full of shootings and race related violence. I am 38 almost 39 years old and have never seen a shooting of a person in the SE. I have seen and experienced racism in the form of jokes behind closed doors.

That is because though I have been around since 1980. It is increasingly, racism, becoming something that is almost zero tolerated in the Southeast. Like I said I am conservative but I make sure to teach my son about things like the Buffalo Soldiers Bob Marley sung about and the right way forward.

To assume any people are a certain way because of their look and their culture is truly just to become the thing you loathe. The majority of people are good people and this act is as reprehensible. I just want smaller Federal government control and more local.

That doesn’t automatically lump me in with racist ideology like you are insinuating with your comment. As someone who has traveled the world and our country the most racist I have run into have been in the Northeast US which is very Democrat leaning area.
