It appeared out of nowhere, mylar balloons don't do that... This is part of the control system Jacques Vallee talked about, and the beings behind it respond to "admin" commands to manifest like when you say the name of some deity or something, they can manifest saucers, visions, flying orbs, etc, because the effect these manifestations have is reenforcing religion, which is the primary control system these non-human interdimensional intelligences seek to reenforce over human beings, this is why this happens.
The whole Fatima vision was just a more complicated and theatrical version of what this guy did, summoning a UFO out of nowhere using telepathy with this control system of non-human intelligences.
Given this control system of inter-dimensional non-human intelligences can interact telepathically with human beings and release sightings on command, I'd say it's a safe bet they can catalogue some peoples' thoughts in their computers and passively read what "prophets" and "visionaries" and "abductees" are thinking as well, so they can selectively manifest whenever the name of some deity is said in "prayer". This all has the effect of strengthening religion, which is an imperialist control system (as Jacques Vallee has explained in his books) these non-human intelligences from another dimension have used throughout the ages to get human beings to believe in religion.
It's all political control of superior intelligences over inferior intelligences (human). That's what this is about: so this guy said the name of Yahweh, said a "prayer" and this thing manifested out of nowhere as you can clearly see in the video (balloons don't do that), zipped around a bit, etc, and the effect of this will then be that human beings who believe in God who see this video and/or live in that region, will have their "faith" strengthened, which is antithetical to freethinking.
It's a negative phenomena in my view: meant to keep people divided against each other; for every guy like this that's a Christian, you have some Muslim or some Jew or some Buddhist or Hindu, the same type of prayer from their holy books is used, they are likely already an abductee without knowing it, a system of telepathy is in place with them, they call up these UFOs in broad daylight (and have done for thousands of years), everyone "Ooohs" and "Awwss" at the sighting, and the "Faith" of the common religious person is thus strengthened (which is bad) and they are further deceived by the control system.
