Was I staring out the window? No. Was I next to that window looking out the window constantly? Yes.

I'm into rockets, passing interest in planes, I'm looking out that window all of the time. I got to see Ospreys taking off from Brooklyn, tons of other kinds of jets and stuff going up the Hudson, I've seen the Space Shuttle on top of a 747 being delivered to its resting place, I've seen Sully's plane float down the Hudson from midtown to downtown.

Did you know it snows up there in like July? It even goes up!

Or did you know there was a secret 103rd floor? I've been there, several times.

This was my exact view from roughly the same floor.

I can tell you I wasn't looking out those windows between the hours of 12-4 depending on the season, because, I work in video and I had to have a black-out shade because the sun would go straight into my eyes.
