I saw someone share a post about how ending an ectopic pregnancy doesn't count as an abortion because the fetus wasn't viable.

There is a concerted effort by anti-abortion groups to move the goalposts lately. As more & more news reports come out about women not being able to access help with miscarriages - or women forced to the brink of death before legally being able to get surgery for ectopic pregnancies - right-wingers are becoming concerned that Independents and even some of their own voters are beginning to think hey, maybe these abortion bans aren't a good idea. So they're pushing a No True Scotsman fallacy about how these situations don't count as abortions.

Venture onto the prolife sub and you'll see it first hand. That's the emerging talking point.
