I gave two names here let me explain: Dr Jud Brewer is more on the mindful thing, but he is a real doctor doctor with many researches on this area and his app has only things he uses with his patients. I didn’t use much of his material because I found him recently, and he looks just like a regular guy, no muscle tanning in the beach kind of thing.

The Wim Hof, nothing he has created, he just made it easier, accessible and no nonsense. A YouTuber , Johnny Harris, I believe an investigative journalist, never talks about health but his last video is his trip on Iceland and he has one of the best explanations on why hot and cold water helps the circulatory system , and that helps mental state. Many old studies on it. I wish I knew long ago and I am finding it helpful.

Cold shower although not for everyone ( depending on Heath issues) but for most of us, and it is free , we have it at home. So due to the heavy real scientific evidences , these two are not snake oils, thus I shared the names.
